This page serves as a hub for reporting illegal content or abusive behaviour by clients of JD Services' digital services (hosting and domains). We accept reports in English, Spanish and Estonian. See instructions below, as appropriate.

Any individual or entity can notify us of illegal content hosted by a customer of our hosting services, by sending a notice to c[at]jd-services.eu
Please make sure the notice contains, at least:
- a sufficiently substantiated explanation of the reasons why you allege the information in question to be illegal content
- a clear indication of the exact electronic location of that information, such as the exact URL or URLs
- the name and email address of the individual or entity submitting the notice (except in the case of information considered to involve sexual abuse/exploitation of children or child pornography)
- a statement confirming your bona fide belief that the information and allegations contained in your notice are accurate and complete
If you have a legal order for us to act against one or more specific items of illegal content hosted by clients of our digital services, please send it to b[at]jd-services.eu
The order shall contain, at least:
- a reference to the legal basis under applicable law
- a statement of reasons explaining why the information is illegal content, by reference to one or more specific provisions of applicable law
- information identifying the issuing authority
- clear information enabling JD Services to identify and locate the illegal content concerned, such as one or more exact URL and, where necessary, additional information
- information about redress mechanisms available to JD Services and to the recipient of the service who provided the content
- where applicable, information about which authority is to receive the information about the effect given to the orders
The territorial scope of the order should be limited to what is strictly necessary to achieve its objective.
If you have a legal order for us to provide specific information about one or more specific individual recipients of digital services, please send it to b[at]jd-services.eu
The order shall contain, at least:
- a reference to the legal basis under applicable law
- information identifying the issuing authority
- clear information enabling JD Services to identify the specific recipient or recipients on whom information is sought
- a statement of reasons explaining the objective for which the information is required and why the requirement to provide the information is necessary and proportionate to determine compliance by the recipients of the digital services with applicable law (unless such a statement cannot be provided for reasons related to the prevention, investigation, detection and prosecution of criminal offences)
- information about redress mechanisms available to JD Services and to the recipients of the digital service concerned
- where applicable, information about which authority is to receive the information about the effect given to the orders
The order might only require JD Services to provide information already collected for the purposes of providing the digital services and which lies within its control.
If you have a legal order to withdraw or disable access to terrorist content hosted by a customer of JD Services digital services, please, send it to a[at]jd-services.eu
The order should include, at least:
- identification details of the competent authority issuing the removal order and authentication of the removal order by that competent authority
- a sufficiently detailed statement of reasons explaining why the content is considered to be terrorist content, and a reference to the relevant type of terrorist material
- an exact uniform resource locator (URL) and, where necessary, additional information for the identification of the terrorist content
- a reference to the applicable law on which the removal order is based
- the date, time stamp and electronic signature of the competent authority issuing the removal order
- easily understandable information about the redress available to JD Services and to the content provider, including information about redress to the competent authority, recourse to a court, as well as the deadlines for appeal
- where necessary and proportionate, the decision not to disclose information about the removal of or disabling of access to terrorist content
If the terrorist removal order has legal basis on Regulation EU 2021/784, use the template set out in Annex I of such regulation.
Transparency Report
In the past calendar year, we have not been required to take specific actions to address the dissemination of terrorist content.
